Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure  - We have not been paid a fee but are mentioning the stock in anticipation of receiving a undetermined fee from an independent third party. Subsequent to publication, we did receive a total of $1,500 in cash.

StrikeForce Technologies - We have purchased shares in this company from the open market through our broker. Additionally, in September 2007, we were paid a fee of $3,000 from an independent third party for preparing and publishing a research report on the company. We subsequently recommended our client to allow us to suspend coverage until market conditions were more suitable at a later date. We re-initiated our coverage in January 2008 based upon our assessment of the market patterns and disclosures filed with the SEC.

Electric Moto Corporation - We have owned shares in Electric Moto for several years which we received in return for consulting services already provided Those services were not related to this site and are completed with no additional service required or compensation expected. We have not been hired nor do we expect to be hired to feature EMOT on this site or to provide any further services to the company or its associates or independent third parties. We are featuring this company on our own and at our own expense and for our own potential benefit. We may choose to purchase more shares off the market or to sell the ones we have at any time and without any notice. 

FundsTech Corp - We have been hired by an independent, non-affiliate third party shareholder to feature the company on our website and to provide other promotional services for thirty days. We are being paid ten thousand dollars and have agreed to accept freely tradable shares in lieu of cash.
